Sinner and Saint ....

.... that's me. We all get them - days when we'd rather be A Million Miles Away, driving down a Country Mile in a Souped Up Ford perhaps.
You've had a good weekend, maybe with Too Much Alcohol, then Monday comes around again like a Bad Penny. It's enough to give you the Bullfrog Blues!
Today for me has been just like that - I had a rubbish night's sleep so I'm tired, work's mundane, lunchtime I needed to get to the Co-Op so no time for blip-hunting and the woodland walk which always nourishes my soul.
B-O-R-I-N-G!!! The only thing that's lifted the day has been listening to my much loved Rory Gallagher "Calling Hard" CD when driving in the car (no, NOT a Souped Up Ford but a Mazda). I really could do with Just a Little Bit of excitement before I fly Off the Handle. Then I could Eat My Words. I can't remember The Last Time I felt this bored.
Tonight I need to get some things done - there'll be little if any time for sorting a blip when I'm at home. So I decided that since that CD has been the only really good thing about my day so far, I'd blip that.
The blip title is the name of a Rory album. All the phrases in italics are names of Rory tracks - no they're not all on Calling Hard - but just putting this together has injected a bit of fun into my otherwise tedious day! lol.
So today I'm being a Sinner - doing my blip whilst I should be working! And I'm being a Saint - patiently applying myself to my tedious work as best I can.
I just wanna go home ......
