A wet and dreary day in Leeds but at least it kept the throngs of shoppers away. :-) Had a successful mission and crossed everything we needed off the list. I couldn't manage without lists these days. Memory not what it was!

Steve was happy as his new favourite coffee shop was open and we had a lovely lunch. Amazing cakes but we opted to share one and leave room for our Sunday dinner. Roast and yorkshires. It's a must.

Called in to see daughter who is blossoming in her 27th week of pregnancy. She has bought a fetal heart monitor thingy off amazon. It's amazing what you can buy on there! How incredible to hear our grandsons heartbeat! So strong and fast! Steve was fascinated watching her stomach moving as the little wriggler showed how unimpressed he was having the monitor thing pressed on her belly. He was determined to get away from it. He's gonna be an awkward little bugger for sure!

A few decorations up now so gonna sit and catch up on some tv viewing (thank god for sky plus!) and have our Sunday roast in a candle lit living room with a glass or two. How lovely!
