Reflections

Went to see my GP for complaints in my knee and to get a referral for the hospital for an Xray shot. But than I noticed how old fashioned I am with these expectations - an e-mail was sent on the spot to a privat clinic specialised in orthopedics and no Xray pix there but a MRI scan of the knee.
Do remember that a decade ago privat clinics were not welcomed by the authorities here as they were mostly regarded upon as cowboys in the fields of healthcare and should be kept out from there. But now apparently they play happily along in this field next to the general hospitals, or even instead of those hospitals that must reorganise time and again cause of budget cuts and new policies.
This rise of privat clinics and the fall of more and more of the general hospitals make it ever so evident that social society is demolished here at full speed.
