Chinese scrambled eggs
I decided to make a Kylie Kwong Chinese omelette for dinner because there were a few vegetables in the fridge that needed using. And some 'prawns' in the freezer.
It all turned out to be a bit of an omelette disaster - so I think I'll call this one Chinese scrambled eggs instead. It still tasted good.
This might well have happened because I was so boastful in my last entry about how great dinner was?
