Sky

Clearing up after breakfast I noticed that there was a pinky / red tinge to the light as daylight was breaking. Panicked grabbed my camera and told daughter that she would have to fend for herself. I ran walked quickly to the bridge as I reckoned it would be a good vantage point and ideal for steadying the camera.

I have taken a shot from this spot before as the sun was setting and the moon was coming out. The comparison shows the great range of colour that the sky can generate.

Dithered about publishing it earlier but held back ion case something else cropped up but looking at it now, as the sky has turned grey and the drizzle is present I don't think it will get much better than this today.
