Naan bread

We had an AWA Women of Taste event today at Asha's Restaurant in the BCC. The chef gave us a demonstration of some of his favourite dishes including Tandoori Chicken, Goan Brown Cashew Nut Chicken Curry, Gosht Yakhni Biryani and his light as a feather Naan bread. This is him demonstrating his method to get it so thin and light, he spins it around and throws it up in the air and it seemed to magically grow before our eyes. The best part of course was we got to eat it all afterwards. It was all Delicious.
