From Wales, with love

Woke up in the middle of the night worrying about sorting out the kitchen I was right to worry. I have too much stuff and M has too much food (who needs 3 jars of hoisin sauce?). The cupboards are nearly full and a few boxes are empty but many more as still ..... full. Mmm....

Ian, the painter, came today. I've lost count of how many workmen have been here.

I have too few drawers due to my design fault and I know I should have got a large free standing fridge freezer but the built in one does look nice, although I will have to stand on the steps to reach the top shelves. Mmm....

The kitchen also looks good and Steve Robinson's glass tile all the way from Wales is beautiful. Maybe should have got a small accent one for beside the sink. Mmmm....

So some progress but not perfect but I think I'm past caring. Will be chilly tonight, can't close the front windows and the wind us whistling down the chimney. Part 2 of 'Dine in for Two' tonight. Mmmm.....
