Beam Me Up

On reflection, after spending the night drinking wine and dancing in high heels, going for a 16 mile run today perhaps wasn't the wisest thing to do. This cheery piece of grafitti livened me up a bit on the last few miles though I would have preferred to have been given a lift home by UFO.
