Birthday Meal 2

Today my daughter took 4 friends ice skating, they had great fun falling over on the ice lol, I was in a wheel chair and found it very cold in there so we left them and headed to Ikea!
Then we head to a Flame Grill pub for the girls to have a bite to eat! I think they all enjoyed it well they said so on Facebook. We did a lot of travelling in the car today and I found this uncomfortable, I was glad to get outside the house, but nearly broke down in tears when my wife realised she left her handbag at her mothers over the other side of Newport!!
My knee seems to be seizing up and I am not sleeping well at all. Foot is getting slowly better but I will have to visit the doctor again tomorrow!
