Aromatherapy?!

Tight schedule today. Bit groggy this morning but a late morning walk helped to improve matters. Beautiful weather after the mists of late. Turned round at one point in the walk to see Bracken rolling in something disgusting. Probably a cow pat. Nothing for it but to wash off the offending stink!
Went to York for a matinee performance of We Three Sisters (about the Brontes). Very good indeed. Back home to grab a quick meal then had to go up to Billingham to prompt for the current play which is in rehearsal. Whew - I am now looking forward to relaxing with Mike and his sister who is staying for a couple of nights. A large glass of wine will go down a treat!
