Overheard In Yorkshire Today

An expression that I had never heard before. Two ladies met in the street and the first one said "It's a lazy wind today, goes right through you rather than round you."

Apologies but no time for comments this evening. I am heading home and then straight out to the football.

A victory this evening will see us go top of the league on goal difference following a defeat last night for the team at the top.

On paper we should win but football is not played on paper. If the opposition come and park this bus then we could find it heard to break down.
