Lunch

Decided on a change of approach this week after all those shots of buildings and structures last week.

My partner recently took a share in an allotment. Early days so not much to show for it so far, but she dug up these parsnips yesterday and they're about to made into soup for our lunch. When you see vegetables like this you realise how sanitised our supermarket experience has become - none of these knobbly little babies would make the grade.

We're thinking parsnip and apple, or maybe with some spices. I'll keep you posted...
