Thanksgiving - Trial Run

This morning I decided that I needed to try a new recipe before actually making it for the first time on Thanksgiving. If it was terrible, well...then I'd be back at the drawing board. If it was good, then...Nate gets a yummy Sunday night dessert!

I decided to make Toasted Marshmallow Sweet Potato Pie.

It turned out wonderfully - but it's certainly a pie to enjoy only one slice! I added a dash of cinnamon and vanilla to the recipe. It's a winner!!
