Geishas

We were shouted upstairs to my daughter's room, and this is what we found. H and her friend had been on YouTube, found a Japanese singer's pop video, and improvised with some leftover Halloween make up, then performed a Geisha style dance for us.

A few months ago, they made an entrance dressed in saris, had covered their faces in bronzer and made up their eyes brilliantly with black eyeliner and danced to a Bollywood style tune.

I never know what they'll get up to next, but at least they're cosmopolitan!
