21st Century City

It is hard to believe this photograph is taken in the centre of a modern city. Possibly I should have posted this in B&W to enhance the effect.

The temptation is to leave this as a "where am I" posting.

Saturday, shortly before sunset I went down to Aberdeen harbour. Watched to dolphins for half an hour or so, then wandered through Fittie.

This looks slightly Scandinavian to me, in fact it is a couple of old sheds in the centre of Fittie, next to the harbour.

Later went over to Crathes where I saw a show about the Italians in Scotland over the last hundred years or so. Quite interesting, and a bit sad during the period of WWII. This was preceded by dinner at Wagamama. A good day!
