A Crafty Blipmeet!

I was up with the larks this morning (after a terrible night's sleep - why are hotel beds so hard?), ready to meet up with Jeanne53. Mike and I visited the Saltaire church where there was a small craft fair before going on to Victoria Hall where there was a large craft fair and the venue for the blipmeet. No problem, there she was with a friend, smiling and recognition of each other was instant. What a lovely lady, we promptly organised a cup of coffee and sat down ready for a chat. Mike disappeared to look round the hall and only re-appeared when he had exhausted the stands. Our conversation was still going strong, I think we could have continued all day. However, with promises that we will meet up another time Mike and I browsed the stalls together and bought a few Christmas presents before driving out of Saltaire. As we were fairly close we went on to Haworth, (another craft fair!) where we had a cup of tea and a large slice of cake. It is beautiful countryside and the drive very pleasant. Back home now and looking forward already to a good night's sleep in my very comfy bed!
