Gardening

The builders have gone, the painting is finished and we are ready for the kitchen installation to start on Monday.

It is still very mild for November so took the opportunity to do a little tidying up in the garden. Due to the mild weather weeds have sprouted everywhere so did a little weeding and cutting back of the dead flowering stems. Even managed to eat my lunch outside, in November! Wearing only T-shirt, lightweight fleece and trousers.( Not forgetting my wellies). No hat or gloves were required.

As usual, once the ground has been disturbed the little robins love to come looking for worms. Took some time but got a few shots of this one though it always quickly flew away when I got too near.
