Saturday: Palace of Westminster

Not a lot to tell you this morning, I'm afraid.  A quiet nightshift and unlike yesterday, no wandering Poles to keep me entertained.

For last night's shot, I tippy toed over to the Palace of Westminster.  I still haven't given up on trying to get a shot of Westminster Abbey so imagine my delight last night when I got there and found it fully lit up.  I barely had time to clap my hands with glee when all the lights went out.  For one moment, I thought I might have tripped over a cable and unplugged something.........

So, this is the courtyard to the Palace of Westminster, otherwise known as the Houses of Parliament.  

I didn't get much sleep yesterday - here's hoping today is bit better.  3 more nightshifts and then never again!!
