Cauliflower tabbouleh made a drab day brighter
Raw cauliflower is such a good host for flavours: Indian, Chinese, Thai, and today, Middle East. If I hadn't been so greedy you might have seen more of the cauli under a bed of sprouts. Better than bulghur wheat.
