Happy 11/11/11! Highlights of the day:
-the yummy mango pictured above! There was a special "chef spotlight" going on in the dining hall for lunch and one of the featured dishes was fresh mango dipped in chili sauce! This is actually one of my dad's favorite snacks, so he was super jealous when I sent a picture :)
-Rock the Sports Center was tonight! It's a super fun event with free food and bounce houses. Tonight was also the debut of our new rock climbing wall! I spent the night making smoothies to give away. I can't say that I've perfected the art of making smoothies, but it was great bonding with my fellow BHEs and people were happy!
