Well deserved Friday beer

Busy day at work - lots going on as usual.

Lots of baby news too - one on-time safe delivery (boy) and an unexpectedly early (32 week) delivery (girl) for the wife of our new IT manager.

We discovered the disadvantages of our new motion-sensitive lights today. As two of us were sitting over a laptop in one of our new breakout rooms, the lights kept turning off plunging us into darkness. We managed to perfect a languorous arm stretch that reactivated the sensor but it did get a bit annoying!

Gritted my teeth and made it to the gym after work. Picked up husband on the way and I puffed and groaned to reach my 5 km run while he skipped along on the treadmill next door and did 10 km. The beer at the end was well deserved.
