Goal!

Today we had a family trip to see Disney on Ice at Sheffield Arena. It was very well done and my son and daughter (and wife) thought it was fantastic.

From there, my son and I met up with my Dad at Bramall Lane. With the Kop closed we took our seats in the John Street Stand along the side of the pitch. Afforded a different viewpoint on the match, my son loved it as we were closer to the action than usual.

I took a few pictures for my blog and caught the moment as Ched Evans' free kick (his second goal) hit the back of the net. I am typing this on Sunday afternoon awaiting the draw for the second round.
