Ah Yes.!

All the ladies in house are out with some friends so I had planned to go for a ride with some friends, 3 in total. But they all called off with some lurgy so I went alone.

54.5miles in 3hr 37mins comes in at very slightly over 15mph. yippee.!

My route was LangWang to Carnwarth, NewBigging to Dunsyre, Horrible busy A702 for 4miles to West Linton and then over the moor to Penecuik and home. The ride felt really good, especially the first part to Carnwath which was 25mins faster than I have riden it before, so the wind was not to favour me on the way home. But here I am, off for a stretch and a bath.
