Ham salad

Just home after a long shift at work and i'm ready for a quiet sit down with some healthy food. Not that it's been particularly busy, but more an emotionally draining day all round. I spoke to my old friend today, who i haven't seen in ages, and the news is not good. How she's keeping it together i have no idea, i had to fight back the tears and try and stay strong for her.
Where's a hug when you need one :-(
