Glad thats over.

The 24hour BP monitor is OFF thank goodness; being woken up every hour during night as the cuff inflated is not fun at all, I did wonder whether it was actually causing my BP to rise. And it hurts am sure the nurse had it inflating too tight, when I got home and it started every 30mins I thought my arm was in danger of going dead.
This is all because it has long been suspected that I have 'white-coat' syndrome.

Now I'm going to have a well deserved drink with my evening meal, happy week-end every-one.
