Chocolate brownies!!!

After a fabulous night out at friends' Janet and Simon's with their lovely children Jack and Freya and Gulliver in tow we are a little the worse for wear today ;-)
Janet is a fabulous cook, she made clam linguine, divine! We listened to records together, Max discovered that Janet had a lot of the same stuff as him and he was most impressed!
Zebedee came back from a sleepover elated and full of stories about the circus they went to last night but sadly now has croup, Gulli is at a friends' house for the night, all other plans are cancelled so I made Primrose Bakery brownies!!! I bought their cookbook a couple of weeks ago, the biscuits and the lemon drizzle were perfect and the brownies also seem to be going down well.
Now going to read Harry potter to Z, we are on book 5!
