Shiant Islands - one more time with feeling!

Last night completed a wonderful birthday. At choir practice, Inge had made beautiful mini meringues, cream & strawberries, and she and Mary brought delicious, chilled white wine. We have never sung so beautifully!

Afterwards, Di & Inge surprised me (again!) with my favourite dish of theirs - twice-baked cheese soufflé. I thought I had died and gone to heaven....

More rain today - but the air smelled so sweet. The sun really tried to make an appearance for all of a half an hour. I nearly missed it, as I had fallen asleep after tea. The sun woke me up, I grabbed the camera and rushed outside.

Tomorrow's the big 365 !! Can't wait for the golden camera!
