Cut Cabbages

You know it's going to be a good day when it starts with Miss E climbing into our bed - at the relatively civilised hour of 7am - armed with "We're Going on a Bear Hunt" which she then reads recites by heart, gives me a cuddle and says "It's OK Mummy, you can go back to sleep if you like"

I've definitely got my sweet little girl back. For now!

The day proceeded along normal Tuesday lines: Lazing around until lunch, watching endless episodes of Mike the Knight, Octonauts, Something Special and Everything's Rosie, swimming with Miss E and then an afternoon in a soft play centre with a couple of friends and their five boys! Then the blissful drive home where the girls fall asleep and can be put straight to bed leaving me and Mr K free to collapse onto the sofa.
