Yep it's raining!!!!

So I get into the gym and I'm peddling away on the spin bike in nice cosy surroundings, air con on, do I stay there no I decide I'm bored and it would be much nicer to run in the fresh air!!!!!!

I get off my bike and stride to the door need to get away from the boredom of the gym, step outside the door and the grey drizzly cold wet hits me, do I turn and go back inside noooooooo I run and then realise I have no fleece just a gym top on and I'm running with a slight cold!!!! I saw one other couple winter coats walking boots and umbrellas.

Stupid I know but I remembered how much I love running all those endorphins flowing after, prepare me for a day of work after my coffee that is!!!!

Gonna catch up with all your lovely blips now as I seem to be a little behind on catching up with you.
