Alfonsino

A couple of weeks ago there was a sign at Newtown Fish Market: 'Alfonsino tomorrow, be early'.

I was late and missed out.

But on Saturday there was alfonsino again and I got to cook it. The fillet-er was out the back so I cooked it whole. The texture was great and I'll definitely buy it again.
