Egg custard tart.

Dull and drizzle all day!

So decided on a baking day.

Egg custard tart is one of our favourites. Made with 3 duck eggs. 3/4 pint full fat milk,1/4 pint double cream,and a little grated nutmeg on top.YUM!!

( James Martin would be pleased! As seen on The Great British Food Revival BBC 2 last week .He was asking people to use more duck eggs.)

Just going to try it now!
