Canal run

Finally mustered up some energy and enthusiasm to get out for a lunchtime run. As usual, once I'm out there I love it - it's the moments when I remember that I've forgotten to bring a towel and I have to borrow some old tea towels from the cleaners cupboard. Those are the real challenges I face on a daily basis.

Let's hope I don't EVER forget my deodorant or shower gel!
