Good

We had an evening off!

Sons 1 & 2 stayed with Grandma and Grandad, whilst Mr CleanSlate and I headed to the Royal Exchange in Manchester to see 'Good', which I we really enjoyed!

I love the way the futuristic pod sits alongside marble pillars and that amazing roof! Although, why are theatre intervals the only time I ever drink gin and tonic??

Afterwards, drinks in the Gaslamp (Brooklyn and Jever on tap!) and dinner at Try Thai. And a lot of mulling over the performance (not a light subject matter)

The children had fireworks with Grandma and Grandad, which by all accounts they enjoyed too!
