Suspended

My day at the Chinese Gardens reasonably quiet. No cruise ships in today. A chill wind blowing off the snow capped southern alps bringing back winter for a while. Ridiculous really as we had a very warm 27 degrees just yesterday.

Spiders are busy building their webs everywhere in the gardens and catching plenty of prey. This poor critter was bound up for later. The head-dress is not a part of the critter but rather a fluffy seed caught and bound.

Brings to mind female impersonators/drag queens!!
