the City strikes back... maybe

After yesterday's rare political foray descended into a rant against the continued occupation of the main public square in Vancouver, it seems the City is stiffening its sinews ... and preparing to think about taking action.

It is acknowledged that the occupation of between 50-60 "protestors" is displacing a tonne of community and charitable activities. The sympathy and goodwill of people is draining away fast, I discern.

We'll see where this goes. The City is very much afraid of another riot and are proceeding very tentatively.
