Dr Who is alive and well and lives in Huddersfield!!!

Started fencing a K's today (no not using foils or disposing of ill gotten gains), rather enclosing her garden. Had to stop after just three panels, as according to a neighbour its ugly and requires planning permission! We checked the web, and even ugly fences don't (provided they are less than 2m tall), but in the name of neighbourly accord we stopped until K could ring the planning office on Monday. Decided to remove dead conifers instead...oops do we need planning for that???!!
