Chocolate toffee apples

It's Bonfire Night tomorrow, which had me thinking about toffee apples... And since the special ingredient for this month's We Should Cocoa blog challenge is apple, I decided to try making chocolate toffee apples. They didn't quite turn out how I was expecting, but they were still yummy!
