Ingredients

Fortunately I remembered to take a photo of some of the ingredients before I started cooking as they look so much nicer before they're reduced to a pulp. A lime and coriander sort-of-vinaigrette forms a delicious fresh tasting sauce when slung into the pan at the end of cooking a couple of cod steaks (that have had crushed peppercorns and a bit of flour attached).

Later on we met Malc and Jim for a couple of pints and a blether in Nobles.

In other news, I was delighted to hear of Shandonner's safe return after his Canadian adventure. :-)
