My, once lovely, view.

Well the scaffolding is now up ready for the stone work to begin. We had a bit of a problem last night when a neighbour knocked saying external walls should be a communal repair. Title deeds have been checked though and it seems to all be ok for us to continue with the work.

Popped out to the park this evening to meet a friend. I'm lending her my trombone for a while so she can see if she wants to get back in to it before buying her own. I used to play many years ago in school. Had I known then what I know about music now I would be more likely to carry on. Back at school I hadn't really come across jazz/reggae/ska etc, the only bands available were the old fashioned town band style. I'm glad to see it getting some use and love though, it's been on the loft for a while.

Slightly tempted that in the future I might pick up an instrument again, maybe I'll learn Sax or Double Bass.
