Mist, drizzle and sunshine on the Helderberg

This is the southern end of the Helderberg. Over the ridge on the extreme left lies Stellenbosch and some of South Africa's finest vineyards.

Doubtless the farmers are happy with this early winter rain. For the rest of us it means a log fire, a good shiraz and an afternoon of Springbok rugby (v Wales).
