Fallen Wires and Branches

This is a street near the center of Amherst, with a typical array of damage from the heavy snow that fell Saturday night. Viewed large, you should see the wires that have fallen over the street. Three wires are visible in front of the blue car, extending to the tire tracks in the street, and another hangs diagonally in front of the tree with red leaves.

The man walking away was concerned that his vehicle (parked in the far background) might hit the hanging wire, and I stayed to watch him as he drove past (assuring him that he would not hit it).
