Sloping Pastures
The mountain which is just 3 or 4 miles from the front door, pierces every raincloud which happens to pass by, releasing what the met office call precipitation. That's a fancy word for good old fashioned rain. We live in a bit of a wet zone as a result.
On a fine day like today though, the view of the countryside as it falls away down to the sea can be quite spectacular. Don't expect another one of these tomorrow. The forecast is bad........ real bad!
