What's Inside?

Sometimes the advertising on the side of trucks is actually worth taking note of. This farm photograph is exactly what we see in the Skeerpoort area. The rows of crops, the many workers, the gorgeous fruit and the Magaliesburg as the backdrop. I did not crop the photo as it also portrays the ominous, dark clouds that were around this morning. It didn't rain today nor was it humid. Just a cool day in between the rain and the heat. That is what our summer has become.

The roads in our area do not have a very good track record. There are accidents every week, potholes are a problem especially after rain and our roads are used by many trucks. You have to be alert and drive safely. Last night Mr G was nearly involved in an accident as a trailer had dislodged and was lying overturned in the middle of a dark stretch of road. He stopped and together with a few other motorists they tried to make other road users aware of the danger until the police arrived!

The end of the year is now just around the corner! Just have to keep focused and get through the workload!
