Penshaw Monument

Lovely morning on Daisy Hill fell. Saw 6 grey partridges - along with 9 I saw yesterday on the permissive path - satisfying!

Penshaw is just outside Washington - a folly built by men for their master - who was mad at them and didn't like it!
