Gill recovering

My next door neighbour of 23 years has had her hip replacement at last and is living with me while she recovers.
Yesterday the district nurse summoned the emergency doctor because of an infection but today, on high dosage anti biotics, she seems much improved enough for her beloved doggie to come for a visit (he is still living next door!)
