Lobster pots & Lime Kilns

Up in Northumberland staying with my cousin Diane and her husband John, and a trip to Beadnell, where Di and I spent many happy days during our childhood in the 1950s (at the Beadnell Towers Hotel; still there). A bracing walk along the sweeping sand beach and a return to the harbour and the 19th Century lime kilns. Such wonderful coloured stonework, offset by the lobster pots.
