Biking for two...

For the first time I went out on bike with J to Ae Forest, I've never owned a bike and so confidence is very low and the couple of times I've tried over recent years I've fallen off. But happy to say that managed 4 miles today (on the flat) round a trail, between trees and everything and no problem except for a slightly sore bum... padded shorts next time I reckon. I certainly slowed J down, but I think I provided some giggles as I groaned over the bumps :)
