Buttermere and Crummock Water

Another superb day in the Lake District. I have learnt such a lot from the holiday/workshop.

We had another early morning at Buttermere (the other end). Then there was a tutorial. Then we went all the way up Watendlath (for tea) and more photography. Then we parked at Gatesgarthdale and walked around the southern end of Buttermer, climbing the path to achieve some height and this view.

This is a panorama from 3 images taken on the tripod (in high winds). The autumn colours encouraged photography.

After this we went to Manesty Woods for our final shoot of the week. I can highly recommend David Barrett of Inspired by Landscapes for photo workshops. That's 3 I've attended now and each time there has been more to learn.
