Lunch with Han

We are hosting Han, a Chinese student at Mt. Holyoke (my wife's alma mater) for her four years attending the college (meaning that we serve as a local contact and resource family).

Today was the first time in the academic year that we managed to get together. Han came for lunch; it's carrot soup (not pumpkin, despite the timing), followed by a spinach-based quiche-like dish and climaxed with apple crisp.
