A visitor

I am catching up on paper work, emails and correspondence, and preparing for the week ahead which starts with an appearance in front of the Parliament's Education Committee tomorrow morning to give evidence about the coming year's budget.

At lunchtime I sat in the conservatory reading some briefing notes as the rain cleared outside and then noticed a movement on one of the Christmas cacti - which are flowering rather early this year.

It was this little thing, which was keeping very busy too. It stayed still just long enough to have its picture taken.
